Goblin Jet Engine

The de Havilland Goblin 2 was first delivered in 1945 and was a development of the H-1 designed by Frank Halford.  Developing a static thrust of 3,100lb it was used to power the DH Vampire.  This example is on display at the de Havilland Aircraft Heritage Centre.
